Which means if you are 24 and never been asked by someone on a date before (gay question)?
What does it mean if you never asked out on a date by someone else? Not to mention 24? I've heard it means that your ugly … because most people start out around 11-16. And I wanted to know what that means? If the person is ugly, how they get used to not having someone?
Some people make the date in adolescence, but that does not mean everyone has to. This does not mean your ugly at all, only means that you have not called out, simple as that. Other factors may include how good is your personality, if you are quiet or not, etc. If you're very quiet, some people may be afraid to approach you even if you do luxury. lol. But no, you are expected to eventually going to find someone decent. =] If you really want, you can ask someone for yourself. 
EDIT: If you're saying you're gay, then people do not know who they are, even if they are homosexual too. You may want to go if you have not already. There are far fewer homosexuals than heterosexuals, and above that there are people in denial or are locked. So there are fewer people who might ask out (if they are coming out that is).
